Return to SPAK, a national interest of Americans/ As Basha warned a while ago

The return of OPDAT experts to SPAK and FBI to BKH is considered a national interest by President Trump's administration. - This is indicated by the comment of an official of the US Embassy in Tirana after being asked by Top Channel what the return of these experts is related to last week.
"In accordance with President Trump's January 20 Executive Order Reassessing and Reorganizing United States Foreign Assistance, Secretary Rubio initiated a review of all U.S. foreign assistance to ensure that programs are effective and consistent with U.S. foreign policy under the 'America First' agenda. Several programs deemed essential to U.S. national interests have resumed, while the review of foreign assistance is still ongoing," the Embassy's response states.
This response comes just a short time after an interview with EuroNews Albania, where the political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, stated clearly and firmly that the US has not only not left Albania, but they strongly support the Justice Reform and the fight against corruption.
"Now I want to say something with full responsibility, I am not a spokesperson for the American government, I am not a spokesperson for President Donald Trump, I am not a spokesperson for Secretary Rubio, but I say this with maximum responsibility. I quote, "those who confuse the temporary silence due to transition procedures around the world with our positions are gravely mistaken. Our positions in support of the Justice Reform, the fight against corruption, are principled commitments that do not change." - Basha said in the March 7 interview with EuroNews Albania.
This reaction today from the American Embassy to Top Channel seems like a precise confirmation of what Lulzim Basha said in that interview.
