Local elections in five municipalities / CEC begins distribution of election materials

The CEC has begun distributing election materials for the November 9, 2025 by-elections.
The Central Electoral Commission is distributing the necessary materials for the electoral process in the 5 municipalities of Vlora, Berat, Cërrik, Mat, Tepelena.
The election materials, according to the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, include:
Ballot papers
Ballot boxes
Minutes
Secret chambers
… and all other materials that guarantee the conduct of elections in accordance with the Electoral Code.
