Prince Harry to make peace with William and Kate Middleton, reveals where he stayed in London

Prince Harry decided to extend an "olive branch" to William and Kate Middleton during his four-day stay in the British capital last week, where he traveled from the US to attend a hearing at the High Court in London to hear his appeal regarding changes to his protection status in Britain.
According to a source close to the Duke of Sussex, who spoke to the British press, the youngest son of King Charles and the late Princess Diana chose to stay in a hotel very close to the royal residence where the heir to the British throne resides with his family.
Specifically, Prince Harry has been staying at the luxurious Coworth Park Hotel in Ascot, which is located just 10 km away. from Windsor where Prince William lives with Kate Middleton and their three children. Although the official residence of the Prince and Princess of Wales is Kensington Palace, in recent years the British royal family has resided at Adelaide Cottage, which is located on the grounds of Windsor Castle.
However, the five-star Coworth Park Hotel is also linked to the two brothers' recent past, as Prince William and Prince Harry stayed at the hotel on the duke's last night as a bachelor before his wedding to Meghan Markle in May 2018. Friends of Prince Harry told the British press that the royal chose this hotel to extend an "olive branch" to William and Kate.
"The decision to stay at the (hotel), which was conveyed to William and Kate through security services, was seen as a sign of peace after many years of separation," say friends of Prince Harry.
They stressed that the prince's inner circle knows that he wants to open a new dialogue with his family, but at the same time, they admitted that this is difficult since the Duke of Sussex and his wife have said many things against the royal family on television shows and on Netflix.
However, during his brief stay in London, Prince Harry did not have the opportunity to meet either Prince William or King Charles.
The Duke of Sussex arrived in London on Sunday, April 6, while King Charles left with Queen Camilla for an official visit to Italy on Monday, April 7. However, the two did not meet, according to British media. The last time the 76-year-old British monarch met his youngest son for about half an hour was in February 2024, a few days after King Charles announced he had been diagnosed with cancer.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle settled permanently in the US in 2020, after the couple stepped down from royal duties. Harry and the former actress live in a luxury mansion in Montecito, California, with their two children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, just three.
