Albania climbs to the top of the group, Belarus 'breaks' Finland

4 matches, 3 wins 1 loss, 9 points in total, 8 goals scored 3 conceded. On paper, first place in Group 1 in League C saves Maran, the Italian and the fans smile, but not completely as the challenge against San Marino did not leave a good taste.

At this point in the Nations League, Albania once again received the real assist from Belarus, with the latter "breaking" Finland in the return match thanks to a goal scored in the 1st minute, while in the 15th minute they also missed a penalty.

In two matches, Belarus has taken a full 4 points from Finland. With 7 points in 4 matches, Belarus ranks second in this group, 2 points less than Albania and the same as Finland, which ranks third with 7 points.

Albania plays the fate of Group 1 in the last two matches, where they initially host Finland on November 12 at "Air Albania", while 3 days later they close the qualifying campaign on the road against Belarus.
