Arda Güler on his future: I'm fine at the moment, but I have to play

On the eve of Real Madrid's second match against Pachuca in the Club World Cup, Arda Güler appeared before the media in the mixed zone and spoke about the arrival of Xabi Alonso and his current situation at Real Madrid.

The arrival of Xabi Alonso?  "I feel more important because he always talks to me. In the first game, I played 45 minutes, so everything seems better.

I feel good with him because he likes to control the pace, wants more short passes and sees me as a midfielder, and that's better for me."

Next opponent, Pachuca?  "They are a good team. If they are here, it is because they are a good team, but we will try to win and we are ready."

Earning a place in the starting lineup?  "I haven't talked about it, but I'll try to play."

Goals this season?  "To play as much as possible and win every trophy."

Debut against Al Hilal?  "We played better in the second half. We have to continue like this. New things take time, but we will try to do our best." 

His future?  "At the moment, I haven't thought about leaving, but of course, if I don't play, I'll think about everything, but for now, I'm completely focused on Real Madrid."

The difference between Turkey's Arda Güler and Real Madrid?  "I play every game there, I have more confidence and people know me better."
