Two losses in three days, Albania U-19 defeated by Bulgaria's peers

The Albanian U-19 national team played its second friendly match against Bulgaria U-19 today. At the "National Football Base" complex, the red and blacks were defeated with a score of 3-0.

Coach Fatjon Tafaj started the match with this starting lineup: Culi (GK), Nikolli, Sylejmani, Llana, Sheji, Gjoka, Blini, Mihana, Vrella, Vukaj, Asani.

Bulgaria took the lead in the 27th minute through Boychev, while just before the end of the first half Tsonev scored the second goal for the home team. In the second half, Bozhkov scored the third goal, sealing the final score 3-0.

During the match, the technical staff made several substitutions to give as much space as possible to the assembled players, in order to monitor and evaluate the group.

The two friendly matches against Bulgaria served the U-19 National Team to test the group of players and continue the preparation process on the eve of the upcoming qualifying challenges.
