Former England footballer Wayne Rooney has been caught urinating in public in London. The former England and Manchester United captain was seen leaning against a wall in the English capital while relieving himself, and now faces a fine of 1,200 euros.
It's not the first time Rooney has been involved in such a situation, but the former Plymouth coach wasn't worried even after realizing he was being filmed in this "intimate" moment. It's not yet known how this story will develop, but the episode has already gone viral in England.
In 2013, he was photographed urinating next to a garbage can on Dalton St. in Manchester. He was 24 at the time and no witnesses came forward to denounce him, given that he was one of England's most important footballers.
