OFFICIAL/ Teuta remains without a president and without a stadium, here's what the Council of Ministers decided

The Teuta club is officially without a president, after the departure of president Edmond Hasanbelli. But as of today, it is also officially without a stadium, as by Decision of the Council of Ministers, the ownership of the Durrës stadium has changed.
The VKM published in the Official Gazette indicates the "Transfer to the ownership of the joint-stock company "Albanian Investment Corporation", sh.a., with NIPT: M01917011D, of state properties according to appendix no. 1, which is attached to this decision, for the implementation of the investment project "Revitalization of the "Niko Dovana" stadium, Durrës".
The decision in question thus authorizes this state entity to effectively initiate the procedures to implement the project for the reconstruction of the stadium of the city of Durrës and its surrounding area according to the project approved a short time ago.
But this means that the Teuta club must now move from the facility and begin the journey to others for this edition of the Superiore, plunging the Durrës team even further into chaos in a year of transition that seems to question their survival in the elite.
