Shooting in Shkodra, photo of victim emerges

The person you see in the photo is 24-year-old Ylber Luli, who was killed after being shot in Shkodra.
The incident occurred at around 05:30, in the "Kongresi i Përmetit" neighborhood, where Andri Vulaj, 25 years old, shot Qamil Lulin, 63 years old, and his son, Ylber Lulin, 24 years old. Andri Vulaj was also injured with a knife.
All three injured were transported to the hospital for medical attention, but Ylber Luli, 24, could not survive his injuries and died.
After the event, the Police services intervened at the scene and made it possible to capture and escort Andri Vulaj.
Also, a pistol, suspected to have been used during the conflict, was found and seized as material evidence.
Meanwhile, the investigation group is continuing its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident, while the responsibilities of each of the people involved are expected to be determined.
