The person you see in the photo is 44-year-old Artan Myrtaj, who was executed in Saranda.

The attack took place in the city center, where two masked men riding a motorbike opened fire on Murtaj. A passerby, Xhevdet Skëndaj, was also wounded in the shooting.

Artan Murtaj, known as "Tani Ruzhdiut", had a previous criminal record and was also involved in an incident that occurred in July of last year, where Ernest Lama and Gëzim Hajdaraj, from Kamza, were injured with gunfire.

Murtaj had previously been convicted of "theft" and, according to investigation data, was known to be a drug user.
