Tirana police have arrested a 32-year-old man in Rinas, who is internationally wanted by Kosovo authorities. The citizen, identified as Arnold Shehu, a resident of Kukës, is accused of criminal activity in the field of narcotics.
It is reported that at the time of his arrest he presented himself with a different identity, in an attempt to avoid identification and arrest.
"This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Basic Court of Pristina, Kosovo, issued an arrest warrant against him, for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics"," the police announced, among other things.

DVP Tirana/The operation codenamed "wanted" continues, to capture citizens on international wanted list.
A 32-year-old man is accused in Kosovo of criminal activity in the field of narcotics, captured and arrested with the aim of extradition.
At the time of his arrest by the Police, this citizen presented himself with a different identity, to avoid identification and arrest.
The "Eagle" Special Force services, based on information received in the operational route for the capture of wanted citizens and the exchange of information with Interpol Tirana, have located and captured in Rinas, citizen A. Sh., 32 years old, resident of Kukës.
This citizen was declared an international wanted person after the Basic Court of Pristina, Kosovo, issued an arrest warrant against him for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics."
Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with the Kosovo authorities, will carry out the procedures for the extradition of the 32-year-old to Kosovo.
