Jorge Mendes, one of the most powerful names in world football, has chosen Albania for a luxury coastal investment. The Portuguese super-agent has reportedly purchased two villas in the new “Red Sol Resort” complex in Dhërmi, one of the most exclusive projects being developed on the Albanian Riviera.
