Accident on the Milot-Rrëshen axis / Pedestrian hit and died and fled the scene, police: Driver still unidentified

An accident was recorded this evening on the Milot-Rrëshen road, where a vehicle hit a pedestrian, causing his instant death.

The victim has been identified as a NL citizen, around 70 years old, who died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

The driver of the vehicle has not yet been identified, and is suspected of having fled the scene of the accident after the collision.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working to identify and apprehend the perpetrator, as well as to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
