The murder in April 2020, of the two brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhiaj in Durrës, is one of the most serious crimes committed during the criminal collaboration by the dangerous duo Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj.
With the elimination of the two Haxhiaj brothers, Dumani had first killed his two friends, secondly he had carried out the order financed with thousands of euros by Erion Alibej alias "Krymi" and Arjan Spahiu, and thirdly he had finally closed the door of the Haxhiaj family in Durrës, which lost both sons in a single day.
The remorseful Henrik Hoxhaj, Duman's former close friend and main collaborator in the serial murders, speaks in his testimony about Nuredi Duman's bloody and irresponsible state.
Hoxhaj says that Dumani must be kept under control because it catches fire immediately, just like a rifle. He expresses this opinion while talking on the encrypted phone "SKY" with Erion Alibej, just a few hours after the two Haxhiaj brothers were killed in Durrës.
In his testimony, Henrik Hoxhaj told the prosecutors that after the murder of the Haxhiaj brothers, he together with "Lul", alias Nuredin Duman, went to the house where he lived behind the General Directorate of Taxes, in the former block.

Then "Luli" put this person directly on the phone and told me: "...I will talk to you...". I picked up the phone and greeted this citizen. The person did not introduce himself to me, but I understood that this was the person who was interested in the murder of the two brothers that we had carried out. During the conversation with this person, I expressed my concern by saying that: "...we have to be careful with Kushon (Nuredinin)!" That it takes fire in vain, like a jevgu rifle. He told me that I am in trouble and that is why we are talking together and we will let him meet one day...".
Hoxhaj said that he, Nuredin Dumani and a little boy, whom he called "chapaçul", took part in this murder.
According to Hoxhaj, the murder of the brothers was done for 70,000 euros, and Nuredini himself took part in this work. Hoxhaj has shown that he did not carry out every order of Duman as he often delayed his orders for murder as he had to do his own analysis of the situation.
While three Kalashnikovs were used as weapons, which Nuredini found. The person who was going to be killed was called by the driver of the vehicle that was going to be used for the incident, which Nuredini had found, and he left the car market as the meeting place.
"They came with a "Golf 5" vehicle as the target was with another person and after we let them walk in front of us, they overtook us.
Because there was traffic, we went to the side of the "Golf 5" vehicle and opened fire at the same time, me and Nuredin Dumani. Nuredini got out of the car and fired again, but at this moment his machine gun jammed and I, seeing this, opened the door and took the other machine gun and fired a few rounds at the "Golf" and then ran away.
I don't remember exactly which road the driver used, but I know that Nuredini and I got into a black Mercedes Benz vehicle and left in the direction of Tirana.
I asked Nuredin if the driver had burned the vehicle or not, he answered that he had. Then I found out in the media that the vehicle and the weapons had been seized, as well as the driver we had in the vehicle of the event, named Klevis Alla, had been arrested.
When I saw his face on TV, I saw that it was the same person who was in the car with me and Nuredin, the day we killed the two brothers."
