Violence against Vladimir Bruç over a parking space, 3 accused sentenced

The Shkodra Court has issued a verdict for the three defendants, accused of the conflict that occurred on June 3, 2024, where 62-year-old Vladimir Bruçi was hit with hard objects.

According to the verdict, Izmir Sakica was found guilty of the criminal offenses: "Disturbing public peace", committed in collaboration, and for "Unlicensed production and possession of hunting and sporting weapons".

For these charges, Izmir Sakica was initially sentenced to 4 years in prison, after the sentences were combined. With the application of the summary trial, the sentence was reduced by a third, converting it to  2 years and 8 months in prison .

Meanwhile, he was found not guilty of the charge of  "Unlicensed possession and manufacture of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition."

Samuel Troshani and Arlind Kajoshi were also found guilty of "Disturbing public peace", committed in collaboration , and were initially sentenced to 2 years in prison each.

After having their sentences reduced by a third, as part of the summary trial, each of them will serve  16  months in prison.  Both were found not guilty of charges related to illegal possession of weapons and the production of weapons and ammunition.

The three people were also suspects in the July 3, 2024 incident on suspicion of violence against Vladimir Bruci.
