Sexual scandal in KLP, the woman who denounced Olger Eminaj is questioned in SPAK - BKH checks her phone for several hours

Five days after the publication of the sexual scandal at the Albanian Supreme Prosecutorial Council, SPAK has summoned and questioned the woman who complained to the KLP, to whom member Olger Eminaj asked for sexual favors over the phone.
RM's questioning reportedly took place yesterday at the premises of the SPAK Special Prosecution Office, which was at the disposal of investigators from the National Bureau of Investigation for almost 7 hours.
RM has provided explanations regarding her legal ordeal with her ex-partner, AS, and then the complaint procedures she has developed with the High Prosecutorial Council against Tirana prosecutor, Rovena Zoto.
The woman testified that she had no prior acquaintance or intimate relationship with Olger Eminaj. However, according to her, her first contact with KLP member Olger Eminaj was a few days after she, as a citizen, filed a complaint with the KLP institution.
Immediately after the interrogation, it is learned that officers of the National Bureau of Investigation, for several hours, have been tapping RM's phone, where every conversation or text message she has exchanged with Olger Eminaj has already been administered in the criminal file being investigated by SPAK prosecutor, Dritan Prençi.
In the voluminous material seized, it is learned that there are more conversations, photographs and videos than what Albanians saw on the television broadcast during the "STOP" show.
All material extracted from RM's phone will be analyzed by SPAK next week, and then it will be this prosecutor's office that will proceed with other investigative steps, including questioning KLP member Olger Eminaj.
Up to this stage of the investigation, SPAK has not yet issued any security measures against KLP member Olger Eminaj, whether it is an obligation to appear before the special prosecutor's office or suspension from duty.
This is a different standard that SPAK is maintaining in this case. As we remind you, in relation to other standards that this prosecution has followed, for the same criminal cases of a sexual nature as in the case of the former mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici, the measure of "prison arrest" was immediately issued.
A security measure has also been imposed on the former judge of Berat, Shyqyri Çobos, against whom immediately after the revelation of the scandal for seeking sexual favors, the Serious Crimes Prosecution, at that time as a sister of SPAK, imposed the security measure of suspension from the duty and function of a judge.
The same legal form and stance with security measures was taken against former judge Roland Hysi in Fier, who was arrested by the Serious Crimes Prosecution and later convicted.
Even in the case of Guximtar Boçi, former acting president of the Gjirokastra court, the Ministry of Justice and then the High Council of Justice reacted immediately at that time, leading to his dismissal after the sexual scandal of seeking sexual favors.
Meanwhile, in the parallel case of KLP member Olger Eminaj, no security measures have been imposed by SPAK, no measures, not even a warning, by ILD and KLP, no act of resignation by the senior head of Justice.
