They fail to understand that real power comes from standing with dignity, from choosing not to stoop to the same level as those who spread negativity.

It is important to understand that their behavior reflects more on them than on us. People who attack others often do so to cover their insecurities, to avoid reflecting on their own problems. Those who think everything is done by force are usually those who have never known the power of open, honest and respectful communication.

Instead of letting these attacks affect me, I choose to stay strong, calm and aware of my worth. I don't need to get involved in their little games. I will move forward with my head held high, focusing on myself and the people who support me, and not letting negativity get me down.
