EMRI/ Possession of narcotics with the intention of selling, 25-year-old arrested in Lezha

A 25-year-old man identified as Indrit Isufi has been arrested by Lezha Police for possessing cocaine and cannabis with the intent to sell.
During the physical search, the police seized doses of narcotics and a cutting tool as material evidence.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance for further action.
Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Lezha Police Department, in cooperation with the services of the Shëngjin Police Station, as a result of investigative actions carried out based on information provided by intelligence, cracked a case of the sale of narcotics, in doses.
Following the actions in this case, citizen II, 25 years old, resident of Shkodra, was arrested in flagrante delicto.
During the physical search of this citizen, the Police services found doses of suspected narcotics, cocaine and cannabis, which he possessed with the intention of selling, and a cutting tool (knife), which were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Lezha, for further action, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons".
