Gjirokastër/ There was a SPAK order, Police arrest 32-year-old

Gjirokastra Police have arrested a 32-year-old man by order of SPAK, after he was to serve another 6 months in prison in total for the criminal offenses of "Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer" and "Structured criminal group".

The Serious Crimes Investigation Specialists at the Gjirokastra Police Department executed the order of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, for the detention of the wanted citizen ES, 32 years old, resident of the village of Lazarat, after the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime sentenced this citizen to 8 years in prison, with 6 months left to serve, for the criminal offenses of "Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer" and "Structured criminal group".

Meanwhile, the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Tepelena Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen KS, 58 years old, resident of Tepelena, after he punched a 57-year-old man for weak motives.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra, for further action.
