Former deputy director of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) is released from house arrest, the GJKKO imposes the measure 'compulsory appearance' on her

A new legal development occurred today (March 24) at the GJKKO, in the hearings held regarding the AKSHI scandal file, where senior officials are accused, including former director Mirlinda Karçanaj.
The Special Court has decided to change the security measure for Hava Delibashi, former deputy director of the National Agency for the Information Society (AKSHI).
Previously, through her legal counsel, Delibashi had declared to the justice institutions that she was pregnant, also requesting the relaxation of the security measure.
According to the decision issued by the GJKKO after accepting this request, the measure of "house arrest" has been replaced with lighter security measures, specifically "obligation to appear before a judicial police officer" and "ban on leaving the country".
