The other five members of the criminal group managed to escape arrest, leaving behind another big question mark: Was this an operational failure or something more?
"The suspicion always remains, but it is not that in every operation there is a debunking, since the wanted persons, mainly the two persons of the group, are persons who do not always stay in the same place, as they are also protected by their opponents with whom they have created enmity. They are persons who move constantly, both within Albania and outside Albania," said the lawyer, Alban Qafa.
"There is one problem, which is a loose organization between the judicial police and the prosecution, as many judicial police officers involved in investigations are "forced" to report to their superiors in the police about the actions taken by the investigators, which is something prohibited. And this type of reporting, even if informal, can also lead to the disclosure of investigations of important cases and important issues that the prosecution is conducting," said former prosecutor Gentian Ternova.
According to SPAK, so far, at least two mafia murders have been documented in Vlora, several episodes of international trafficking, and significant amounts of cocaine seized in Europe.

"In criminal cases involving crimes against life and health, examining the scene of the crime and the first evidence are very, very important, because the events are revealed, these are the first columns.
