That criminal event is one of the most treacherous massacres that the black hand of murderers has committed in recent years in the capital. A crime that then paved the way for many others like it, where bullets not only took innocent lives, but did not spare children and women either. Who had no direct or indirect connection with the real targets of the assassination. This seems to be what is known today as the "Don Bosco" Massacre, a criminal event which took its name from the area where the crime took place in Tirana, on January 4, 2022.

As a result of the incident, an innocent young man, identified as Erjon Çela, lost his life, and four other people were injured, three of whom were with him at the table. The criminal interest groups not only confused the target, but showed all the severity, sparing no one in achieving the goal of eliminating their focus, regardless of who this subject would be sitting at the table with. For the incident, the only person arrested is Kassandre Noga, an important crime figure in the last 30 years in Albania, involved in many murders, but whose rival until death, apparently, would be Geron Hasanbelli, of to which he was put in pursuit. He followed him wherever he stepped, along with his brother, Erjon, alias Mikel Rakipllari. The latter, Kassander Noga, in the absence of his brother Geron, sought to eliminate him as well in the afternoon, after the information he had received that he was sitting in the bar where the massacre then took place. Then it turned out that the men he had paid to get rid of his arch-nemesis and his nephews had mistargeted and opened fire on a table where unrelated people were sitting drinking coffee. with their rival.

For the first time, the show 'On target' will once again try, through new facts, to shed light on this criminal event and the involvement of Cassander Noga and his nephew Kevin Zeneli (Suçi) in this serious criminal event. How did the people of Kassander Noga follow the Hasanbelli brothers and their nephews? And why did they mistarget, and shoot at people unrelated to their old enemy?

" On January 4, 2022, around 4:10 p.m., in the place called 'Don Bosco' street, in Tirana, unknown persons who were on the move and were driving around with a black 'Mercedez Benz' brand vehicle, with license plates AA 125 UK opened fire in the direction of the "Focus" Coffee Bar, owned by citizen Elenian Adushaj. Where, as a result of gunfire, Erjon Çela was killed, and citizens Blerim Çela, Edmond Crroj, Arben Dani and Azbi Selimaj were injured ," the file states.

But as it turned out later, and which is already known, the victim Erjon Çela, a seller of tobacco products near the bar where he was drinking coffee, and his friends at the table, were the confused target of the assassination. The people who shot were not in focus, but Erjon Hasanbelli and his nephews, who at that moment were not in the bar, despite the fact that it was the bar where they were often seen frequenting.

The one who became the first to repent of this event and confessed the plan to kill the Hasanbelli brothers and his nephews, was Indrit Beqiraj. He told the investigative team that he and his brother Gentjani had been paid by Kassander Noga, through his nephew Kevin Zeneli (Suçi), to first kill the citizen Geron Hasanbelli and in his absence, his brother Erjon, or their nephews. The confession of Indrit Beqiraj, related to the massacre of 'Don Bosco' and the involvement of Kassander Noga in this crime, came after another event, where Indrit and his brother Gentjani were taken hostage by another important character of the crime in Durrës, for whom they had been paid to pursue and kill, for payment. As if they had been recruited to kill the Hasanbelli brothers and his nephews, against payment, by Kassandre Noga and his nephew Kevin Zeneli (Suçi).

" On October 2, 2022, the Durrës Prosecutor's Office registered the proceedings in the framework of the structured criminal group, in charge of several citizens, including Gentjan and Indrit Beqiraj and Kevin Zeneli (Suçi). Where the Beqiraj brothers have given interesting details, in connection with the event that happened on January 4, 2022, in the 'Focus' Coffee Bar, in the 'Don Bosko' neighborhood, in Tirana ", the file says.

According to the Beqiraj brothers, the first person who had contacted them to kill Geron Hasanbelli was Ilirian Feçi, who had offered him 100,000 euros to carry out this murder, which, according to him, Kassander Noga demanded at all costs. But, instead of the real target of the assassination, other innocent people had been killed. " After I saw on TV on January 4, 2022, the event that happened at the 'Focus' bar on 'Don Bosco' street, where several people were shot, among other things, I ascertained from the footage that the 'Mercedes Benz' type vehicle that was used in the crime, it was the same one that Kevin Zeneli (Suçi) had brought to us initially to kill the citizen Arben Merkuri, known as 'Maneci'. The vehicles that Kevin then took from us without warning", explains Indrit Beqiraj.

Indrit Beqiraj further said that he tried to contact Kevin Zenel from that moment on, but this call was impossible, as Kevin's phone was switched off. While he himself began to strongly suspect that the authorship of the crime of 'Don Bosco' had been taken over by someone else or that Kevin had given it to a different hit man.

Although he did not understand why the targets that had been given to him earlier by Kevin and Cassander Noga had not been killed, but other names that had not been spoken about before. Meanwhile, they met together two days later, where Indrit asked him about what had happened.  “As soon as I saw 'Benz', I called Kevin, but he didn't pick up the phone. While he was accompanying me by car, I asked him about the work of 'Don Bosco', while he replied that the information was mixed up. Further, I asked Kevin who had committed the incident, but he did not tell me his name, he only told me that he had given someone an amount of 50,000 euros", says Beqiraj.

Further, Indrit Beqiraj told the investigating group that Kevin Suçi himself had told them that he had been a passenger in the car that shot at the table where the people were sitting, which later turned out to be the wrong ones and that it was not the killer's fault, but of Cassander's informant who had confused the target. According to Indri Beqiraj, Kevin had told him that the wrong target of the assassination was wearing a hat and a red sweatshirt. But the victim was not Erjon Hasanbelli with his nephews, but someone else with his relatives.

It would be these confessions related to the findings of the ongoing investigative group, which would confirm the role of Kevin Suchi and Kassander Noga, in the massacre of 'Don Bosco' as well as the pursuit that the Beqiraj brothers had made of Geron Hasanbelli and his nephews. his. This information was then used by Kevin Suçi and Kassander Noga to control the movements of Erjon, who was in Tirana at the time.
