Three people have been arrested by the police after they injured the owner of a service station the day before because he didn't like the color of the car.

They clashed for weak motives and damaged the owner of a car repair shop with cutting tools and hard objects, the 3 suspected perpetrators of yesterday's incident are in custody.

The owner of the service station is also being prosecuted after, during his involvement in the conflict, he lightly injured two of the perpetrators with a cutting tool.

Cutting tools and a vehicle are seized.

Following the preliminary information provided yesterday, regarding a conflict between several citizens that occurred in neighborhood no. 10, Korça, at the conclusion of the actions taken to clarify and document this case, we would like to inform you that the Crime Investigation specialists of the Korça Police Commissariat arrested the following citizens in flagrante delicto:

-ED, 39 years old, resident of Korça;
-E. Th., 40 years old, resident of Tirana;
-LM, 34 years old, resident of Korça.

The materials were also referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen R. Xh., 35 years old, resident of Korça (owner of the service) for the criminal offense of "Intentional minor injury".

From the verifications carried out, it results that the two citizens ED, and E. Th., went in a vehicle to the service of the citizen R. Xh., whom for weak motives (dissatisfaction with a service performed by the owner of the service) they hit with hard objects and damaged him with a cutting tool. While the citizen LM, happened to be in the service by chance and was involved in the conflict. Also, the 35-year-old R. Xh., during the conflict, slightly damaged with a cutting tool (work scissors) the citizens E. Th., and LM

The vehicle and cutting tools (a scalpel and scissors) were seized as material evidence.

After receiving medical assistance at the Korça hospital, the injured returned to their homes.

The procedural materials were referred to the Korça Prosecutor's Office for further action.
