Injuring a minor in Maliq/ Police initiate criminal proceedings against the 14-year-old perpetrator

A fight between two teenagers occurred yesterday in the Sheqeras village of Maliqi, where a 15-year-old was slightly injured with a knife and is out of danger.

The police announced that they have initiated criminal proceedings against the perpetrator of the incident, who is 14 years old. The minor is charged with the criminal offense of 'intentional minor injury'.

"Following the preliminary information provided yesterday, where in the village of Sheqeras, Maliq, a 15-year-old boy was injured with a cutting tool (knife), out of danger to his life, the Crime Investigation Specialists at the Korça Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against a 14-year-old boy, for the criminal offense of "Intentional light injury"", the police announced.
