A 44-year-old man was prosecuted and two other accomplices were wanted, after they were accused of physically assaulting a married couple and damaging their vehicle after a conflict.
According to the official announcement of the Durrës Police, the suspect AZ, 44 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 14, Nishtulla, together with SZ, 46 years old, and VR, 37 years old, on January 30, at around 5:30 PM, in the neighborhood where they lived, after a momentary conflict for weak motives, they punched FM, 55 years old, and LM, 55 years old.
According to the victims' complaint, they also destroyed their "Ford Focus" vehicle, breaking the driver's and passenger's door windows.
"The Police have issued a wanted notice for citizens SZ and VR, and work continues to arrest them, while the materials have been passed on to the prosecutor's office for investigation," the local police announced.
" The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Minor Injury" and "Destruction of Property", committed in collaboration, against citizen AZ, 44 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 14, Nishtulla, Durrës.
Also, citizens SZ, 46 years old, and VR, 37 years old, both residents of neighborhood no. 14, Nishtulla, Durrës, were declared wanted.
The investigation revealed that on 30.01.2026, at around 17:30, in neighborhood no. 14, Nishtulla, after a momentary conflict for weak motives, these citizens, in collaboration with each other, punched citizens FM, 55 years old, and LM, 55 years old, and damaged the “Ford Focus” vehicle, breaking the windows of the driver's and passenger's doors, owned by citizen LM, 47 years old.
The Police have issued a wanted notice for citizens SZ and VR, and work continues to capture them.
