Victory for Kukës, Lawi maintains second place, Pogradec in pursuit

Four matches were played today for the 20th week of the First Category, where Kukësi, Pogradec, Laçi and Iliria each came away with three important points.
Kukësi achieved a minimal victory against Besa, while Laçi triumphed with the same result against Luftëtari. These successes allow the Kurbinas and the northeasterners to continue their positive progress, staying in pursuit of the leading Skënderbeg.
Pogradec confirmed its good form by defeating Korab with a score of 3-1, a victory that keeps the Lakers close to the top of the standings.
On the other hand, Iliria secured three valuable points in the match against Apolonia. This success returns the team to the play-off zone, significantly increasing its chances for the final phase of the season.
Week 20 will conclude tomorrow with the match between Lushnja and Burrel, scheduled to start at 1:30 PM.
