Tirana police have arrested 2 wanted people, accused of intentional serious injury.
Police inform that citizen MH, 31 years old, was sentenced by the Court of Tirana to 4 years and 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury". Of this sentence, he still has 1 year, 2 months and 22 days left in prison to serve.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 1 arrested and handcuffed citizen MH, 31 years old, after the Tirana Court sentenced him to 4 years and 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury". He has 1 year, 2 months and 22 days of imprisonment left to serve from his sentence ," the police announced today.
Meanwhile, another arrestee, citizen EF, 29 years old, was sentenced by the Court of Appeal to 4 years and 6 months in prison for the same criminal offense.
" The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 3 in cooperation with the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person arrested and handcuffed citizen EF, 29 years old, after the Court of Appeal sentenced him to 4 years and 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury". He has 1 year, 8 months and 22 days of imprisonment left to serve from the sentence ," the police statement further states.
