"Ora News" learns that another strong testimony recorded by the SPAK special prosecutor's office, on account of the voluminous file "Metamorfoza", is that of Mustafa Lici, the father of Ibrahim Lici.
Mustafa Lici, a well-known name in the political world in Shkodër, has gone twice to the prosecutor's office, giving explanations to the officers and the prosecutor of the Arben Kraja case, regarding the friendship and then the constant clash leading to victims between his family and two tribes Bajri and Bilali.
The conflict between the Lici tribe and the two families Bajri and Bilali, turns out to have happened in 2018 when Fatbardh Lici was killed in Shkodër.
Fatbardhi was a close friend of Behar Bajri and together they slept in their house.
In this criminal case, Mustafa Lici was questioned as a victim of the criminal offense, since he and his own son, Ibrahimi, were in the plan to be killed by Astmer Bilali, Behar Bajri and Pëllumb Gjoka.
Regarding the conflict between Behar Brajovic alias Bajri and Ibrahim Lici, on January 24, 2024, Mustafa Lici, the father of Ibrahim Lici, was questioned as a declarant, who explains that his brother, the late Fatbardh Lici, was friends with the Bajri tribe.
"... But after Fatbardhi's murder, the Bajri tribe has never met with Lict..." - said Mustafa Lici.
Among other things, he stated in SPAK that:
" ... regarding the fact that you presented me and called me, I don't want to cry because I had a brother, Fatbardh Lici, who was killed in 2018. For Fatbardh, I don't want to cry because he had social connection and frequented Behar Bajri, even Behari and Bardhi slept in each other's houses, they were friends. After Fatbardh Lici was killed, and we as a family had opened the mortuary doors, we waited for a few days and we were impressed that none of the members of the Bajri tribe and their social circle, Astmer Bilal and others, came to us for consolation. could have been involved in the murder of my brother Fatbardh Lici. Some time later, after Fatbardh's murder, words came to me from my acquaintances, that the "Bajri" tribe spoke in public opinion, making fun of my family and commented on my brother's funeral, as some members of my family did not come to the funeral for fear of being shot...".
Furthermore, Mustafa Lici says that from the moment of Fatbardh Lici's murder, "we have not had any contact with the "Bajri" tribe and the "Bilali" tribe".
Among other things, Mustafa Lici explained to the officers that:
"... that another incident happened to my family a few months before my brother Bardhi was killed. I don't remember the exact date, but around the middle of 2018, explosives were put in my brother-in-law Lul Kulla's car. Luli is married to my sister A. Lici, but my sister's family and I don't get along much. The murder of Bardhi was the next event that hit my relatives...".
Meanwhile, when asked about Ibrahim Lici's acquaintance with Behar Brajovic, Astmer Bilal or their social circle, the witness Mustafa Lici declares that:
"... my son Ibrahimi as well as Muhameti, did not have social relations with the "Bajri" and "Bilali" tribes, but they had acquaintances as they were friends of Fatbardh Lici and we also had neighbors in the neighborhood. Ibrahimi being ri, has kept in touch with Astmer, since he was young. We know both "Bajrat" and Dorjan Duli as neighbors, since Dorjan Duli, who has been mentioned in the media, is my neighbor. I want to clarify that Ibrahimi does not never had a conflict with Behar Brajovic or Astmer Bilal....".
At the end of the questioning session, Mustafa Lici was asked by the BKH officers to hand over the telephones, but he refused, stating that he did not have any telephones with him, as he had left them at home./ Oranews
