How SPAK discovered Mirlinda Karçanaj's luxury apartment in Tirana, here's the special method it followed!

An advanced investigative method appears to have been key for SPAK in uncovering one of the most important elements of the AKSHI file regarding the institution's former head, leading to the identification of a luxury apartment suspected of being a hidden asset in Tirana, linked to Mirlinda Karçanaj .
According to investigative materials, BKH agents were instructed by the prosecutor in the case to analyze in detail her cell phone records and cell phones for a period of almost two years, from February 2, 2024 to January 29, 2026.
This analysis shows that for 214 nights Karçanaj's phone was logged into the Cell ID 25392938 antenna (Tirana Center), while for 267 nights it was logged into the Cell ID 25420164 antenna (ABA CENTER-E), creating a clear map of her movements and whereabouts during the night.
The investigation has also identified the first and last moment of the appearance of the ABA CENTER-E antenna in the night interval, specifically on December 26, 2024 at 23:43 and on January 28, 2026 at 21:40.
A key element in this process has been the chronological analysis of the so-called "last cell before silence", which has shown that until the end of 2024 the dominant antenna at night was TWIN TOWERS-SE, followed by TIRANA CNR-E and TIRANA INT HOTEL-S, while after this period a significant increase in presence was observed on the ABA CENTER-E antenna.
Skyweb.al learns that this data is also intertwined with the testimony of Mirlinda Karçanaj's driver, who confessed that she initially lived in a house opposite the Bank of Albania that corresponds to the antenna in the center of Tirana and one day in late December she was transferred to a luxury apartment in the area of the Air Albania stadium.
According to investigators, it was precisely this shift in overnight stay that led to the identification of a suspected apartment as hidden property in the area near Air Albania, which was not declared.
In an integrated assessment of all analyzed parameters, SPAK finds that the territorial pattern of overnight stays is concentrated in the central area of Tirana, mainly in the urban triangle TWIN TOWERS – TIRANA CNR – ABA CENTER, reinforcing doubts about the existence of undeclared assets in this area.
Mirlinda Karçanaj turns out to be the owner of several properties in Tirana as well as a villa in the Laguna Blu complex in Qerret, offered through maneuvers with Gentian Beqiri's trusted maids./ skyweb
