Former President Donald Trump said he will debate Vice President Kamala Harris "in the very near future" while not ruling out a showdown on ABC News.
Recall that Harris turned down the debate to face the Republican on Fox. Trump said that the date of a debate will be announced very soon, as they will discuss it. Trump repeated his request that Fox News host the debate.
Earlier, Trump said his agreement to attend the ABC debate previously scheduled for Sept. 10 between him and President Joe Biden had "terminated," citing his defamation lawsuit against the television network.
