Oldion Tusha, 42, a resident of Mirdita, is the second victim of the serious accident that occurred in the early hours of the morning in Golem.
"Following the preliminary information provided earlier regarding the motorcycle accident, we would like to inform you that the other citizen who lost his life as a result of the accident has also been identified.
"It concerns citizen OT, 42 years old, resident of Mirdita ," the police announced.
The tragic accident was recorded at around 00:20 on a secondary road in the Golem beach area.
The motorcycle in which Oldion Tusha was traveling was driven by 44-year-old Elton Luzati, who is suspected of having died at the scene.
Preliminary investigations suspect that the vehicle was traveling at high speed, and the collision with the curb proved fatal.
The investigation team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident, determine the causes and identify the second victim.
