Names/ Protest moves to the Ministry of Interior, protesters demand the release of five activists

Currently, after today's tensions and clashes on Elbasani Street and in front of the Parliament, the protesters have moved to the Ministry of Interior building. The protesters unanimously demand the release of the people who were detained during today's rally, who are the activists: Kristjana Kola, Ferdez Onuzi, Edison Lika, Dritan Goxhaj and Eri Almetaj.

A few minutes after the protesters moved to Elbasani Street, the situation between citizens and police at the intersection is reportedly still tense. Protesters say the police are provoking them by not removing the metal fences and not allowing them to approach the Parliament.

Meanwhile, it is reported that for hours, the escorts of citizens who are said to have refused to be escorted by the officers have been continuing. Media sources say that approximately 10 citizens have been escorted today, while the number of escorts is expected to increase due to tensions.
