DP demands change to the Assembly agenda: We want a debate with Rama on the arrest of the former head of SHISH

The Democratic Party parliamentary group has requested that the agenda in the Assembly be changed in light of recent developments regarding the arrest of the former head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni.

In the request addressed to Pelesh, the DP requests that the interpellations with ministers Sofjan Jaupaj and Mirela Kumbaro be removed from the agenda and replaced with a debate with Prime Minister Rama on the situation at SHISH, as "the Assembly cannot remain indifferent."

"The Albanian Parliament should urgently request Prime Minister Edi Rama to provide information and explanations on the selection of citizen Vlora Hyseni for this position, taking into account her problematic record in the Republic of Kosovo, as well as her activity in directing the State Intelligence Service, to debate on institutional responsibilities, and to assess the necessary measures to prevent such phenomena in the future," the DP group's request states.

We recall that Prime Minister Rama is not in Albania, but in the US for the UN General Assembly.
