Names/ Sali Berisha: Three people today totally control Rama, while the latter

The leader of the DP, after a "break" which corresponded to obtaining a visa and his visit to the US, has returned to harsh attacks on the Special Prosecution Office, SPAK. In an online conversation with his followers on FB, Berisha said that Prime Minister Edi Rama is captured and controlled by Belinda Balluku, Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri. But according to Berisha, SPAK, which is investigating these three, is under the orders and full control of Edi Rama. According to him, this makes the Special Prosecution Office, partners with the drug state!

Berisha's speech:

The truth is, and I tell you with facts, that the people who totally control Edi Rama today are three. They are Lubi Balluku, Ergys Agasi, and Ermal Beqiri. 

Why are they like this? Because at least 60 to 70% of their crimes are ordered by Edi Rama. 

Albanian citizens should know that Lubi Balluku is a notary or co-author in all the thefts that Edi Rama has committed since he became mayor and appointed him chief of staff, until today. 

So, and you'll forgive me, when SPAK first requested the arrest of Lubi Balluku, the truth is that in the presence of Ulsi Manja and the infamous Don Agaçio, Edi Rama made many hours of efforts to convince Lubi to resign and turn himself in. 

But the truth is that after that five-hour meeting, it was Lubia who convinced Rama to give up, because 60% of her file was not Balluku, but Rama. It was the Rama file. 

So, I'll say it again, what I've told you, those three have it in their hands. 

The entire TIMS system, with its total criminal archive and the data of hundreds of millions of people, could never be downloaded, exported into the hands of crime and not get a thorn in its side, because it was done on the orders of the boss. Only the boss could give such an order. 

I accused Balla at the time. But later developments showed that he was under direct orders from Edi Rama. 

So, in this context, it is Rama who controls SPAK. It is not these people, none of them. But Rama, yes. 

Let me give you another example. Take the Aruba file. What is the Aruba file? It is a tripartite criminal meeting of major drug traffickers, major Albanian builders, and Albanian government officials. 

Arrest warrants have been issued for the builders, they have been issued for the traffickers, and not a word about the government officials who were the organizers of the meeting. 

So what does this show? It shows absolute control, and it makes SPAK an accomplice to the narco-state. 

Why, you say? The definition of a narco-state: the involvement of the elite with traffickers is one of the most important links in its existence. And this link must be hidden now. If it is not hidden. 

It is known in Spain, it is known in Berlin, it is known in Brussels, it is known everywhere. Except for the fact that they are carrying out Edi Rama's orders. /Alfapress.al
