Trial on the merits against Erion Veliaj, the mayor refuses to go to the hearing: Read the letter I sent!

This Tuesday at 10:45, the court hearing on the merits for Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj and the other defendants has been scheduled.
Sources indicate that Veliaj will not participate but will be represented by the defense, with the argument he has previously put forward that he would physically attend the trial if he is taken out of the glass cage.
It is learned that Veliaj has sent the court a letter, the contents of which generally state the positions he has held publicly over the last 24 hours, regarding the threatening messages that he claimed were sent to him by Edi Rama through the Minister of Justice.
Veliaj asked the panel to read the letter during the hearing for the purpose of transparency and legal assessment.
