Students start march at Tirana Universities, call for boycott

Students have resumed protests at Tirana universities, holding a march in several faculties and calling on their peers to join the movement and boycott the teaching process.
The action began at the Polytechnic and Arts University, where a group of protesters entered the auditorium and called on students to leave class and join the protest.
The march then moved towards the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Economics, Foreign Languages and Natural Sciences, where calls for boycott and student mobilization were repeated.
During the protest, young people chanted slogans against the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama, also demanding his resignation.
Meanwhile, the boycott has not been embraced in the same way by all faculties. In some of them, the teaching process has continued normally, while some students have joined the march.
The student protest is taking place as part of a movement that has been ongoing in the capital for weeks, with demands for a change of government and the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
