For almost a year, those 20 people under Berisha's window were his only political asset. Now, the ordeal starts all over again. Not every day, but twice a month, they will be under Altin Duman's window accusing him with the whole arsenal of Berisha's accusations, which he has ready for any opponent.

But, if the "Alley" under Berisha's window gave him the opportunity to look like a funny "prisoner", the protests under Altin Duman's window show him as a funny "defendant".

The security measure against him is in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court, which gave the right to SPAK that the security measure "mandatory appearance" should not be approved by the Assembly. The judge simply implemented the decision of the Constitutional Court.

The problem that Berisha has with this measure is not that he has to go twice a month to SPAK, but that the decision has destroyed the whole motive with which he kept those 20 people under his window for a year.
