Merita Selimi is the curator who has worked for 18 years with the creation of puppets at the National Theatre.

During the confession on the show "Pas Mesnate" on the screen of ABC News, the curator of dolls, Merita Selimi, also focused on her career of 18 years.

She has revealed how she got started with dolls, not knowing that it would become a lifelong profession. Selimi emphasized that her city, Shkodra, gave her love for the Theater, and thanks to the actress Elvira Diamanti, she was able to take such a step.

So, during the interview, she also remembered her first doll, which she created.

"The truth has been accidental in fact. I have come to the Puppet Theater, I have always come with the thought that I will leave. Despite the fact that I grew up with the theater and puppets since childhood, because there was a different culture in Shkodër, the performances of the Theater were also present. Like all children, the dolls are behind them, but here I came and first it was Elvira Diamanti who gave me a step, so that I could work freely.

The first puppet I created was a horse, and I named all the immobile amorphous ones, because the truth is, you have to ask the actors. I have been an individual creator and I didn't understand that I had to ask the actors before performing it", said Selimi.
