A bar has been discovered on "Thoma Koxhaj" street in Tirana, adapted for the sale of narcotics and gambling.

As a result, the owner of the property was arrested in flagrante delicto. An investigation has already been launched against his son, who was illegally keeping several items in the apartment.

A quantity of suspected narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa (divided into doses, ready for sale), equipment and items used to play various games of chance, 1 radio, 1 pair of handcuffs, 1 cutting tool (knife) and a quantity of cartridges were seized.

Specialists of the Crime Investigation Section of Police Commissariat No. 6, as a result of the immediate administration of information obtained during operational work, intervened in the premises of a bar on "Thoma Koxhaj" street that was suspected of being used for several criminal activities.

In this case, within the framework of the operation codenamed "Result", the owner of the premises, citizen EC, 47 years old, resident of Vaqarr, was arrested.
During the searches in this premises, doses of the suspected narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa were found, ready for sale, as well as equipment and items through which various games of chance were allegedly played.

Following the procedural actions, a search was conducted in the 47-year-old's apartment, where 1 radio, 1 pair of handcuffs, 1 cutting tool (knife) and a quantity of cartridges were found, which were suspected to be illegally possessed by his son, citizen KC, 22 years old, for whom the proceedings were initiated at large.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
