1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
3 potatoes
250 ml tomato sauce
2 cups water
Olive oil
Parsley
Salt,
black pepper Red pepper powder
Preparation:
In oil, first sauté the onion with garlic, add the diced potatoes with a little salt, then add the green beans. Continue sautéing, then add the sauce and water. Let the dish cook, adding half of the spices. Finally, adjust the taste and serve warm.
