Erion Veliaj's foreign lawyers will request that the case of his arrest be sent to the Strasbourg Court.
According to the lawyers, a second meeting with Veliaj will take place on September 10, after they have submitted a request to SPAK.
At this meeting, Veliaj is expected to sign the appeal that will be sent to Strasbourg regarding his arrest. The lawyers' move comes after Veliaj's two victories in the Constitutional Court.
