Trial for the attack in Banjska/ The prosecution proposes two American reports

State Prosecutor Naim Abazi, at Thursday's session at the Basic Court in Pristina, which was held against those accused of the attack in Banjska, proposed to the court to administer two international legal reports from the US.

These reports contain technical and documented data extracted from official Google and Meta systems related to the electronic account of the defendant Dušan Maksimović.

Prosecutor Abazi said that these reports also contain photographic material stored by Google Photos, showing weapons, ammunition and other people involved in the investigation, data on searches and navigation in the territory of Kosovo through Google Maps.

"These reports contain technical and documented data extracted from official Google and Meta systems related to the electronic account of the defendant Dušan Maksimović. These contain subscriber data, IP address for the creation of his account originating from Serbia, the phone number for state recovery of Serbia, activation of services such as location, history containing data from Google maps, Youtube and Android, the list of contacts stored in his account, which includes persons identified on the basis of the indictment and accused in this judicial process, photographic materials stored by Google photo, which show weapons, ammunition and other persons involved in the investigation. Also data on searches and navigation in the territory of Kosovo through Google Maps, since the analysis of the contacts results in the existence of direct links with the accused indicating the existence of a network of communication and interaction between them. The analysis results in the hours of photos, where weapons and ammunition are shown, as well as photographs, where the accused is presented in the company of a network of communication between "This evidence was obtained legally and in accordance with international standards," he said.

Meanwhile, the lawyer for the accused Blagoje Spasojevic, Ljubomir Pantovic, opposed the Prosecution's proposal, saying that it is not possible to prove what connection his client has with this evidence.

"Regarding the objection, I will first say that in general I object to the material evidence that is proposed to be administered in this review. I do this because from this indictment it is not possible to objectively determine what connection my client has with this evidence. Except in one case where it is about traces of gunpowder on his clothes. All the rest of the evidence that is mentioned in the indictment only relates to the description of the manner in which Blagoje Spasojevic was arrested," he objected.
