Official/ Migjen Basha takes charge of Lausanne-Sport in rescue mission

Swiss club Lausanne-Sport has made a significant change to the bench at a crucial moment in the season, just five weeks before the end of the championship.
Former Albanian national team midfielder, Migjen Basha, has been appointed first team coach until the end of the season, taking on a very difficult task: the team's survival in the Swiss football elite.
Basha will work in co-management with Markus Neumayr, who will also have an important role in the technical staff. The decision was made official by the club, which has entrusted this duo with the mission of stabilizing the team in the remaining weeks.
Lausanne-Sport is in a difficult situation in the standings and is seriously at risk of relegation, while each remaining match is expected to be decisive for the fate of the season.
For Basha, this is a new challenge in his career as a coach, after his previous experience at the club as a talent manager, which makes him a well-known figure within the team environment.
