Furthermore, this spokesperson said that they are not involved in any way in this situation and that for the initial inspection yesterday (Wednesday), they were notified by the director of the Kosovo Police, Gazmend Hoxha, just a few hours before it started. the process.
"Our statement of August 6, 2024 was clear: the commander of KFOR, Major General Ozkan Ulutash, was notified by the director of the Kosovo Police on the day of the initial inspection, just a few hours before it started," said a spokesman for KFOR.
During yesterday, inspections were made on the physical stability of the Iber River bridge, while today it was tested with trucks that passed over the bridge.
