Tensions at the polling station in Gjilan/ Father and son clash with commissioners

Tensions were recorded during the election process in Kosovo this Sunday, at one of the polling centers in Zhegër, Gjilan.
According to reports, a father and son went to vote and the commissioners did not allow the son to assist his father without a medical report.
As a result, the parties clashed verbally, and the police were notified.
Over 2 million citizens of Kosovo headed to the ballot boxes this morning, for the second time this year, to elect their representatives.
In total, 2,076,290 people are registered to vote in these elections, while 1,999,205 are inside the country and 77,085 are registered to vote outside Kosovo. The CEC has opened 948 polling stations in Kosovo and polling stations outside the country to ensure that every citizen has the opportunity to participate in the electoral process.
A total of 24 political entities, including parties, coalitions and independent candidates, have been certified for the extraordinary elections.
