Accident in Elbasan / 37-year-old man dies after being hit by truck

A 37-year-old man who was involved in an accident the day before in Elbasan has died in hospital.

The incident occurred on the "Çepe-Belsh" road axis, where a truck driven by 48-year-old FP hit a 37-year-old man who was riding a motorcycle.

As a result of his injuries, the 37-year-old died in hospital, while the truck driver was arrested by the Police.

"Road Traffic Specialists arrested citizen FP, 48 years old, resident of Belsh, in flagrante delicto, after yesterday, on the "Çepe-Belsh" road axis, the truck he was driving collided with the vehicle of citizen EK, 37 years old, resident of the village of Seferan. As a result of the injuries sustained, citizen EK lost his life in hospital," the announcement states.
