Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti spoke briefly before entering the Kosovo Assembly for a meeting with PDK leader Bedri Hamza.
Asked by journalists about his expectations from the meeting, Kurti said he expects it to be constructive.
"We expect the meeting to be constructive and to constitute the institutions of the 11th legislature," Kurti declared, as he entered the Assembly to meet with Hamza.
The meeting is taking place following the invitation that Kurti had extended to the leaders of PDK, LDK and AAK.
