Immediately after US Ambassador Eric Wendt, together with two senators, made a supportive visit to the Special Prosecution Office and the BKH, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has once again harshly attacked this justice institution.

During a conversation with his followers on FB, he was asked about the ambassador's second visit to SPAK. Berisha's response was harsh. He said that he wants to inform all internationals who support SPAK and visit it that this structure is an enemy of Albanian pluralism and is an organization of the Socialist Party.

Sali Berisha: The truth is, the party removed all its teeth and molars from the socialist organization of the party called SPAK. 

And what impresses me, Muharrem, is that this legal package, which makes the investigation impossible, this legal package which de facto blocks the investigation, has created international concern, and there is not a word from the SKAP party organization about this package. 

There is no word from the party's KLP, the prosecutors' council. Prosecutors have been stripped of the right to initiate investigations without notifying the person on the basis of sufficient information to initiate the investigation. 

What does this mean? This means, don't do any more investigations. This means, don't think I'm investigating you. This is mockery, ridicule. 

There is no question that on the basis of information, multifaceted data, whether from the media, citizens, institutions, the prosecution institution should have the right to initiate and continue the investigation. If it turns out to be without facts, it certainly discontinues it, but if it is complete, it builds the accusation. 

But now that Edi Rama and his circle are in the crosshairs, any investigation that may have been initiated against him without his notification is no longer considered valid. 

Secondly, SKAP members do not speak out, but they should know that they have a great responsibility before Albanians and the international community. And their silence is a shameful silence. 

They don't talk about the fact that evidence is invalidated by law. What does this mean? All of Edi Rama's messages sent to Lubi Balluku, Ergys Agas, Vlora Hyseni and others, since they were taken without a court decision, have no value. 

I was in Strasbourg and I raised this problem. 

Why? Because the registration of criminal gangs from secret servers, which they thought no one knew about, revealed that the crime of little Albania was a big iceberg, it was a giant. That our Albanian language was the second language used by gangs after English. And this is not because bandits from other countries have learned Albanian. No, no. It is because Albanians were so numerous, engaged in criminal organizations that they made Albanian their second language. 

The number of encrypted phones was 65 thousand. Of these, 15 thousand were in the hands of Albanians. They spoke Albanian.

Now Edi Rama is invalidating the evidence taken from cell phones and servers, without a court decision it is not valid for trial. 

So, he's protecting himself. He's protecting his Olsi, he's protecting his Linda, he's protecting his narco-government. 

So, what the human rights court in Strasbourg sanctioned as valid evidence for the courts, this one will invalidate by law. 

Next, this package is an absolutely Stalinist package. 

This is a total blockade, total censorship of the media. The media now cannot provide any information, on the contrary they are punished if they publish. 

I invite the media to bring any material to the Democratic Party and I guarantee that it will publish it, it will publish it every day! 

Those who try to hide the crime, they think that Albanians will sleep on the crime files. 

Now, to protect the citizen, listen now, if the prosecution summons a citizen as a person with knowledge, the most normal thing, alpha, now Edi Rama forces the citizen to hire a lawyer. An additional fine. 

And the Bar Association doesn't say a word! He gets a lawyer, but what about the one who can't afford to pay for the lawyer? Does the government pay for the lawyer? 

So, everything is to destroy the institution of accusation. But, the members of the Socialist Party organization SKAP, do not speak a single word of Albanian. 

A history of shame, a history of submission. 

The KLP, the government of the prosecution and the accusation, does not speak a single word of Albanian. 

These are evidence of Edi Rama's complete and total control over justice institutions.
