Vincens Piroli, the person you see in the photo above, is one of three people arrested by the Lezha Police for planning an assassination in the Pllanë-Gjadër area. Together with two other people, Vincens Piroli would commit a murder in the area.

Immediately after receiving information that on the old "Pllanë-Lezhë" road, two citizens in spacesuits, who were traveling by motorcycle, were making suspicious movements, the Police services organized the work and went to the signalized area.

As a result of complex patrols and combing of the areas where the motorcycle was suspected to have been moving, in Lezha and in the direction of Shkodra, on the "Gjadër-Barbullush" road segment, the "Volkswagen" type vehicle was stopped, in which citizens Vincesk Piroli and Kristian Ymeri (Shkambi), previously found driving a motorcycle on the old "Pllanë-Lezha" road, were traveling.

These citizens were accompanied in a vehicle by their associate, citizen Elden Tarja, the driver of the vehicle, with the aim of leaving the area where they had planned the murder.

During the physical search of the vehicle and in and around the apartment of citizen Elden Tarja, 3 firearms (pistols), with magazines and cartridges, combat ammunition, the suspected vehicle used in the case, the keys to which were found on the 34-year-old citizen, were found.

Vincens Piroli turns out to have been assassinated in Shkodra in the early days of January 2022. He was walking when unidentified individuals shot him with a silenced gun, with two bullets, one in the shoulder and one in the ribs. At the time, 34 years old, he spent several days in the hospital.

A day after the injury, on January 4, 2022, Vincens Piroli was issued an arrest warrant at the Trauma Hospital, because it turned out that he was internationally wanted by the justice system in Montenegro, for a murder committed in this country. The 38-year-old is accused of the murder of Momcilo Gjurishic in July 2021.
