"I am the leader of the Serbian militia"/ Threatening emails against Albanian institutions, source revealed

Some of the country's state institutions have received threatening emails, claiming that an explosive device has been planted and warning of retaliation against them.
In the messages sent, the author introduces himself as a "Serbian militia leader" and uses threatening language towards the institutions that received the communications.
The email originated from Unitropico, the International University of the American Tropics, a public university in Yopal, Colombia.
The email was sent from his domain with the name Eduardo Padilla Lopez.
Regarding the incident in question, the State Police has immediately launched verifications. So far, no case of explosives being planted has been identified.
Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, specialized structures of the State Police continue their work to identify the source of the message.
